Frequently Asked Questions
Does submitting the interest form commit our hospital?
No. It starts a conversation so we can learn about your team, discuss availability, and determine whether hosting is a good fit.
Who can attend NTMC?
NTMC is designed for neonatal nurses and therapists with at least 1000 hours of neonatal experience within the last 2 years. Additional eligibility and course requirements will be reviewed during the planning process.
What contact hours are offered?
RNs receive approximately 23.5 contact hours. OT, PT, and SLP participants receive approximately 30 continuing education hours.
What happens if travel becomes impossible?
If a natural disaster or similar situation prevents on-site hosting or presenter travel, NTMC may continue in a virtual format on the same dates.
Can NTMC be hosted internationally?
Yes. We are open to partnering with hospitals and organizations outside the United States to bring NTMC training to your team.
Because international courses require additional instructor travel, shipping, and planning, international hosting includes:

➤ A non-refundable travel fee to cover instructor travel expenses
➤ A customized agreement based on the location, projected enrollment, and course format
